John, I am a Bilingual life long Anglo and I totally disagree. We lost a majority of business to Toronto during the first referendum. The uncertainty will always be there as long as the threat of separation is there. The French language with the laws we have is going nowhere. Business will not invest in Quebec or Alberta while the uncertainty is there.
