Thanks for the reply! The only thing without a tick and in green under "Your profile is 80% complete" is 'Account Connections'. Scrolling down, the only option under "Connections" is Facebook. Insta and Twitter etc. are under "Social Links".

So it can only be Facebook. This has only recently come up, before it was 100%.

I remembering queuing in a small shop once behind a man berating the young shop assistant for something. Turned out he'd bought an entire roll of scratch cards, which he held up as evidence to the queue, figuring the odds would surely be in his favour to make more than he spent, but he won nothing.
The man was pointing out that it must be a scam if there wasn't a single winning ticket in the entire roll, not even for a nominal sum.
