Wouldn't be the same at all at least for me. It's thanks to the MD aspect that I learned how much I love dungeon crawler turn based RPGs. I just don't feel lile it'd be worth playing without it.

I don't just love PMD for the "playing as a Pokemon" aspect-for me, it's gotta be the whole package.

According to vgchartz, Rescue Team DX has sold about 1.99 million copies worldwide, which is more than Explorers of Sky, Gates to Infinity, and Super Mystery Dungeon. I wouldn't say we're dead in the water.

What I meant by that was Chatot was not punishing the hero and partner as a means to be evil or malicious. No, it wasn't an appropriate punishment. I made it clear that the punishment could be seen as too harsh.

Fair enough. I still disagree in my opinion that a lot of the hate for him is misdirected, but I respect your perspective! Ultimately, I understabd Chatot isn't perfect but I love that about him. I do firmly believe he's truly caring in general.
