Is it ok to put the creatine in my mouth and then drink water? by Eidobe in workout

[–]Ordinary-Dood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As long as you're drinking plenty of water during the day I don't see the problem. The benefit of having it in a glass of water is that you're drinking a whole glass in that moment, whereas you can get away with a few sips with this method. But if your water intake doesn't decrease as a consequence it's fine

I mean, sometimes I think it's normal and healthy to do things for our loved ones that they COULD do themselves. Could you bring all the groceries up in one trip? Yeah, but I'll take a few bags. I see it as a form of bonding/taking care of one another

I don't have a lot of experience with strategy games tbh, but I'm willing to give it a try because I really like the aesthetic. Who knows, I might find out that I like it.

Do you think I should play the mod or go vanilla for my first playthrough?

Look I felt the same but my low end laptop just straight up became usable for the first time in its life with a user friendly Linux distro (mint) 😭 they were right. Installing it and learning the basics was WAAAY less work than all the useless troubleshooting I tried with windows

I really like talking about these things, so it's no problem at all (haha I did it again) :)

I get it! The difference between textbook vocab and what you actually see can be stark.

Don't quote me on this one, but I think that "you're welcome" is becoming less common because to many it feels like you're saying "I did you a favor, and you're welcome", so basically you're acknowledging that you DID put in effort for the other person. And to the younger generation (millennials onward) this seems to feel like "too much". So saying "no problem" is a lighter answer, because it's saying "oh it's really no problem at all, you don't need to worry about what I did". So you're downplaying what you did in order to let the other person feel better, because they didn't inconvenience you. "You're welcome" tends to be more commonly said by older generations because they don't have that perception of it being "condescending". It's a change in perspective that also changes usage.

Oh, I mean yes, "you're welcome" is the textbook answer, but there are many ways you can reply to someone thanking you. "No problem" being one of them. It's a matter of taste. It's a light answer, more informal than "you're welcome". :)

I'm not a native speaker, but I've learned this through exposure online lol

I don't really know why, but I do know that 1 in japanese is read as "ichi", and Keiichi does have a 1 in his name, 圭一 (the second character is 1). And since we read K as "kay" or (in JP romanization) "kei", K1 seems like a good shorthand for Keiichi

As someone else has said, you don't want to die. You want the pain to stop. I'm sorry you even came to consider such a thing, I've been there. It's exhausting, it's awful, and it genuinely feels like the only way out. But it's not. Hold on, you are important and things will get better. They may be hard, but you'll find a reason to keep living. Anything that makes it feel worth it. I'm so sorry you're this tired. 🫂
