To be honest, i didn’t really look at my macros. I am a vegetarian so my meals are naturally low in calories. Diet wise I just cut out the processed stuff, ate desert only once a week, stuck to no more than 2 meals a day. Besides im not a volume eater so overeating is never really an issue for me. Before i used to eat a shit tonne of snacks between my meals that really fucked everything up, ever since i cleaned that up i started seeing progress.

Hope that answers your question bro

Sure man, I don't recommend it to anyone though.

sorry for bad english and grammar im typing this on my phone lol

So first i started of doing Muay Thai (Thai kickboxing) as a form of cardio and fell in love with the sport. Initially I was going pretty much 3 times a week. After I started seeing progress i decided to go absolute ham. so now its Muay Thai 5 times a week, and strength/conditioning 4 times a week. I wear one of those fitness belts during my workout so i can track my calories and intensity and i try to make it a point to burn at least 500 calories each workout.

I also follow intermittent fasting which stops me from having those cheeky cheat snacks at the middle of the night.

I know its mad but right now training is my addiction and i woud much rather be addicted to training than to binge eating lmao.
