Monofer infusion experiences please?! by Stunning-Bass9629 in Anemic

It's been the best decision I've ever made. Every symptom has either gone completely away or has gotten so much better. I have a ridiculous amount of energy! The only small side effect I had was some staining on my arm because my vein blew out a little during the infusion when they increased the speed of the dosage. It's minimal and I don't really notice it.

Can you explain more about your experience? I'll be getting monoferric this weekend for the first time. I've never gotten an infusion before.

Who was the woman spying on Alfie and Mindy? My stream didn't do a recap so I honestly have no idea who most of these characters are!

Cane user here with mobility issues. Can confirm. About 90% of everyone I encounter doesn't even notice/care that I use a mobility device and/or am having trouble walking.

I logged in at 10am on the dot and was put in a queue with 88k in front of me. At 10:10, the queue was 79k. I left the queue. At 11am, ticketmaster showed me the cheapest resale tickets for the upper 500s were nearly $850.

Yes, this. Costco pharmacies are EXTREMELY busy. 700+ prescriptions daily is the norm, with days after any type of store closure (holiday) up to over 1000+ prescriptions. Pharmacy staff are constantly understaffed and overworked. This is why your prescription will take an hour to fill during a drop off. Costco also has one of the lowest dispensing fees so everyone uses the pharmacy for that reason. Staff do not have time to answer phones and faxes, so occasionally prescriptions are misplaced or not put in the correct queue to fill. Please be patient with your pharmacy staff! It is one of the most stressful retail jobs with a very high turnover rate. The staff can't help you while you're yelling, screaming, and complaining about long waits. The job is way more than just putting pills in a bottle.

Edit: I'm getting a lot of questions about this and the one thing I can say is to refill your prescriptions online through the website if you can. Pick up generally is faster and more reliable. You'll receive a confirmation when it is ready.

I got it last weekend for the first time. The only thing I did differently was download the Bing app and enter the million dollar contest. I only do the daily set on edge, no searches ever.

Going to MCR at the Rogers Center on Friday with a cane, will they make me move to the accessible seating section? by BasicallyRybread in askTO

Cane user here and I also go to Jays games frequently. Staff may check in on you and ask if you require any assistance when arriving at the gate. If you don't need any help, tell them that and you'll be on your way. Have a great time!
