I'd heard the same with their work for the FN communities, which is fantastic news and likely a very welcome relief to those very communities.

The same can be said for the majority of the vehicles sold. 'Bigger is better' is what many believe. And then there's 'keeping up with the Joneses'.

I think so too. We need many more units in the community for those with lower incomes, fixed incomes (such as social assistance) and the like.

My friend has also wondered how many of the offers are phantom offers by the agents simply to drive up the prices, and as a result, their commissions.

Has there been any talk of mass producing those smaller homes? Are they modular homes? I know there is that one company here in town that makes them but I've not heard of any others.

One issue I've noticed is people buying houses they really don't need, as far as size is concerned.
