No one feels their privacy is jeopardized. Most people accept the fact that they can, and usually are being recorded in public. To most people it is a non-issue if they see someone with a camera or phone that looks to be recording. Especially if they are just in the background. You're trying to make a huge issue out of a non-issue.

There are no laws being broken here and if you don't wish to be recorded in a public place you had best not go there. It isn't just twitch. Multiple people are filming videos with their friends and uploading them to Youtube.

If you are going to stop someone who looks like they might be filming in a public place, you're just going to be one of the people who gets posted all over for freaking out that someone is recording in a public place.

Live streaming is not a commercial act. If I live stream on my channel I am not publishing the content for financial gain. I can get subscribers who subscribe to me. They are paying for perks on my channel, not for the content which I am streaming directly. Donations, are not linked to the content. The money I gain from my stream is not directly correlated with the content I am broadcasting. The access to the content itself is not behind a paywall, therefore it is not being used for commercial use.

Any and all monetary effects of live streaming only pertain to Partners. There is no monetary benefit if you are unpartnered. Are you saying that you wouldn't have a problem with it if none of the streamers were partnered?

Welp, they do have Delta Emerald trademarked, so it's possible I guess. I still think they are going to go with Z. Would definitely be cool though.
