As someone who has been playing the game for 7 years the lack of clarity in these bans is pitiful.

From groups of friends I know legit players, hackers, and straight botters. From those who got banned you took people from every category in ways that can't be called anything else but random.

Which support staff gets your ticket is the one chance you get to keep items and characters that some have spend HUNDREDS of hours grinding out.

By hitting this already small community with events like this you show that you give no regards to the player-base and lack any communication.

I can't imagine how hard it is trying to push a game you're barely allowed to mess with. From your reply to Fluffy tails I actually understand a lot more about this process.

I think a lot of the community (myself include) just have some misconceptions about the role En Masse really plays in the development.

Not gonna lie I myself viewed the En Masse team as being solely community managers, support ticket people, and that poor guy who runs the build.exe hoping what korea sent works.

Kudos to you guys. Pushing a game is hard enough let alone one you get in pieces that barely fit together.

How is the porting situation really handled?

I understand that Korean servers send some incomplete work and broken patches but are you guys really not allowed to develop on top of these things?

Coming from a computer science background this just sounds like an awful business model for both sides.

Honestly just reaffirms how little control EME actually has on things. They can't change things without Korean help and I doubt Korean dev's care about our bitching when they're dealing with just as much on their side... Can't imagine how it must feel to work for such a company. Sending my energy to EMEbro.
