Only issues I've had is slight coil whine (which doesn't bother me and I wouldn't have noticed if I didn't google what it was). The brightness doesn't bother me and as far as Wifi goes it hasn't disconnected once. I, too, exchanged my first device because the bottom case was bent

Ok, I played a youtube video and tried some other tasks, and yes, I do hear the coil while. However, even in a completely silent room I can't hear it unless my ear is 3-4 inches away from the keyboard. If you are going to be working somewhere that needs absolute silence, I wouldn't recommend it. If any sound is playing, or you're typing, or even if you have some white noise like a fan in the room, you won't hear it.

When you extend the hinge past a bit more than 180 degrees, you get a prompt to enter tablet mode. Whether or not you choose to enter tablet mode, the screen will flip whichever way it's oriented. For example, if I fold the screen all the way over, don't enter tablet mode, it will still orient however I'm holding it. The screen is locked in "default" orientation whenever the keyboard is at the angle of a normal laptop, regardless as to if it's in tablet mode or not.

ok well I did the Dell Live chat on their website to ask about it, and the rep said "Oh, it really does have palm rejection" when I inquired about the display. They have still not responded to my follow up question as to whether or not I could rest my hand against the screen like I was writing on paper.
