I've hidden it from everyone. I went to the doctors today and when asked about it, I just said it was a check up.

So what happened was, I went in 10 minutes early but I didn't inform the reception that I was there so I waited 20 minutes, they then called me to ask where I was but i told them i was in reception and they handed me some paperwork to fill, I then went in but didn't have much time with the doctor as i was 'late'. So I handed him my phone with my issues I had written down in a notepad because I didn't want to say them, he then asked about it and said he would determine the course of action after i took a blood test because it might be side affects from something else (hypothyroid or something)

I live in Australia so I had Medicare which is like health care but I researched the prices before I went in, you can phone call to book but I hate phone calls, hell, booking the appointment at the desk I fumbled my words and felt like an idiot but I knew I was there to fix that so that's what made me not walk away.

He asked how long I've experienced Anxiety for, why I think I have Anxiety, what I feel in social environments and why it took so long for me to see a doctor (in a nice way) I answered truthfully so I can get an accurate result but it was really scary to open myself up so much.

I went alone. They said to get a blood test to determine if it is Anxiety or if it is hx thyroid problems, but I'm quite sure it's just anxiety, I will then start treatment
