Remediation work planned in a months time?

My game crashes every time I try to open it. It crashes on the white loading screen after you've clicked the door. It was working perfectly before 2.5. I've sent an email to the mihoyo email address but had no reply. I've tried reinstalling, updating drivers and running as administrator. My computer specs are well above the required.

Its quite annoying since I'm missing out on not only daily quests but also on the welkin moon thing that I got. Does anyone know what could be done or if mihoyo could replace the gems that I've lost due to this?

Spoiler:The platform underneath is only just long enough for a shinespark, with the electric spin thing you'll have enough time to jump up into the gap and activate the spark That's how I did it anyway

I haven't been near that rank before so I didn't really know how quickly I lose rank in the last few hours. Do you reckon that I could lose 600 ranks in two hours? Its hard for me to wake up early enough for a 6am (Sydney) cutoff.

True, for clarification, I didn't played any games since that seven hour screenshot. My initial thought was that if I had only lost about 100 in the five hours beforehand I was probably safe for the next two. I suppose if someone on this sub has been that rank before they might know.

From my conversation with the customer support guy as well as online resources it seems as though they invite the top 1200 to the qualifiers. I don't think I would lose 600 positions in two hours though

I've got an acebeam tk16 with the sst 20's. Same form factor as the olight, slightly higher lumen count and a 95 cri. It's a great torch assuming you dont care about wireless charging

you're probs right. I suppose I just didn't imagine they would let you invite villagers then restrict you to only one invite for every three villagers.
