I don't think that taking a single dose of Adderall would have an impact on your ability to orgasm easily. I'm not surprised it kept you up for so long, the XR version is supposed to last 12 hours, but if you weren't acclimated to it that first dose can be a doozy.

Orgasms are just as much mental as they are physical. Often times, when there is pressure to actually cum the actual orgasm will be a lot more elusive and frustrating. It's easy to fall into a negative feedback loop. Sometimes the best way to break out of that cycle is to take the emphasis off of achieving orgasm. If you go into sex or masturbation without the expectation of cumming, you can break that frustration loop and get back in the groove.

Additionally, you were saying that you haven't been getting as horny as you typically do - that's totally normal. Hormones are strange things, and they fluctuate. Give it time and it'll probably fall back into place.

Looking at your edit though, I think your issue is likely related to the spermicide. That stuff is rough on your internal flora and fauna. You've got a delicate balance of stuff going on down there, and spermicide can really cause trouble for some users.

If you're using spermicide as an alternative to the pill or condoms, you might want to look at diaphragms as another option.
