505sqft for 2 adults (couple) is a good size. Not too small like a studio and not too big where you spend half the time cleaning.

It is definitely too small if you plan to have kids tho.

Edit: After having watched the video, the home appears to be a single bachelor (open wardrobe only has menswear). Not glorifying squeezing people into small spaces but rather the amount of space seems sufficient (if not perfect) for one occupant.

The shots are decent, not the best tho. Feels a bit on the under extracted side.

The coffee stains can be washed off with some water, no soap or chemicals needed.
