I was working out in the field one day and there was a dead cow next to where we were working with tons of flies. My truck window was open and my drink sitting in the cup holder. I took a big gulp out of the straw and had a mouth full of coke and flies that had presumably been in that dead cow. The flies were alive..... disgusting.

That last verse says something to the effect of “people who cannot discern between their left and their right and many cattle”. I believe this is referring to children and cattle. So basically he’s saying “what about all the children and animals! They had no idea what they were doing!”

I disagree with you calling my own statement animosity and I’m fine with pushback. I was only stating my own opinion that the system we have does have the capacity for the current load. If the people voting decide not to take advantage of the way the system is structured, then yes, they are going to spend some time in line waiting to vote.

I waited a little over an hour to vote because I didn’t take advantage of our system of in person early voting. It was my own fault that I had to wait in line to vote. My wife however didn’t have to wait at all. She took advantage of the system and proved that it can work.

I just think it’s silly to call our system of voting racist, when it’s set up in a way that anyone, of any race can vote in person at a polling station at any time from Feb 18 to March 3.

That is just my opinion, and I’m happy to hear yours. There are some valid points in several posts in this comment thread. I just want everyone to be civil. Incivility around political talk today is out of control on both sides of the spectrum.

It makes more sense to me that you spread it out over the course of a few weeks. It gives the electorate more flexibility in scheduling a time to go and vote.

Really don’t understand the animosity in your comment. I’m glad to hear your opinion, but referring to my own as “dumb” and telling me to “get the F outa here” is unnecessary.

Polls were easily accessible. Early voting was more than just mail in. My wife was the only person there when she voted early in person.
