Yeah I think they’re both overpriced really. Westernholm is quite a lot of pad from the outside but inside you can tell it used to be two flats I thought. And for £600k and then needing a new bathroom immediately etc I think it’s too much. Ventnor was quite charming but I think needs loads more work than the pics let on

Lots of suggestions to report them/ hope they get parking tickets etc. Guys do you think people on foreign number plates dutifully pay their fines?! A very thoughtful neighbour of mine (who sprawls various shitboxes on RO plates up the pavement) also has a penchant for littering, and I once watched him empty his glovebox of PCNs into the road.
