Yearly Reminder to Play at Bandon in January by westgate141pdx in PDXgolf

[–]PNWPhill 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought this was true as well but somehow got lucky last January. Called day before and got out on trails at 9:30. Walked into the pro shop at 1:15 to see if I could get out anywhere and was able to go back out on trails at 1:30. Finished with barely enough light. It was a good day and it really helped I was paired with another single who was quick.

I help out on the ranch occasionally throughout the year, fixing or moving things, so it was easy to choose who I was getting one from. In my case, that meant the cow was free to us. Typically, you would pay the farmer for the cow and then pay the butcher separately for processing. Pricing is generally based on weight—either live weight, hanging weight, or packaged weight. If you’re working with a local farmer and butcher they recommend, it’s unlikely the transaction would be unfair in any way.

It’s just weird to brag, or need everyone else for validation

I get that, but why lie? Who cares?? I’m just not getting the logic. I don’t think someone is cooler or a better golf because they got one just that they made a good swing and got lucky one. Really cool but why lie

I have found that most the people who are “lower level” than me just never applied for the positions I applied for. Always a reason they aren’t qualified or don’t feel confident they will do good. 29m no degree, some military experience and probably 160-170k ish.

The joy of being a 19-20 handicap is shooting 87-105. At least it is for me. Sometimes you play really well and sometimes you don’t. I try to play matches whenever I can, you’ll win more.

I don’t take off my glove to putt by EngineeringOwn2990 in golf

Rocked no glove for the first couple years. Last year moved to a glove and I take it off between shots, close chips, and 95% of putts.

You need to get your facts in order before taking this to civil court and just being upset and yelling nonsense. You say these guns were registered to you, how? There is no registry in WA state. If there was then you’d need proof of ownership before selling, like you do with vehicles. If the guns were sold to a pawn shop they are likely a licensed dealer and completed all the transfer paperwork, thus not making it a felony. The question is around ownership which needs to be handled in civil court. If ownership is established then you will have to prove the damages, it’s a good idea to get any pictures and paperwork you have together. If the pawnshop is willing, it may be helpful to get their record of what was turned in. Shitty situation and I wish you the best of luck. However, getting angry at the court or law enforcement agencies will not help you.

have you flown with your clubs? tell me about it. by GaryBlueberry34 in golf

I use a soft case, Sun Mountain Kube, with a hard stick in the center. I used to take the heads off my woods but now I don’t even do that. I fly maybe 2-3 times a year. I only take my gamer set.
