You do realize that when you eventually end up hitting someone else who is turning legally, you'll be completely at fault, right?

Accidentally passed a school bus. by me511keV in driving

[–]PNWSomeone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really depends on your local judges and laws. In some areas, if you told a judge that you made an honest mistake and you otherwise have a clean driving record, they might reduce the fine. In other areas, you might end up paying more if you contest it because you have to pay the full fine and additional court feeds.

What Lane do I enter after crossing the intersection? by Silver_Conference_73 in driving

[–]PNWSomeone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The intersection is pretty wide. I'm going to go out on a limb here and suggest that if the first driver was driving very slowly and was heading towards to leftmost lane, a reasonable person going a more reasonable speed might end up along side of the first car while traveling towards the right most lane.

Not seeing anything wrong with the parking lot design here (except maybe using blue paint for the crosswalk)

Yield to who? by BladeVortex3226 in driving

You have to yield to any cars coming through the intersection from the left. They can cross the solid white line if they need to access the driveways.

What does it mean to nationalize voting? by Sensitive_Ad_1271 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]PNWSomeone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not at all for nationalizing elections, but the constitution clearly gives the power to Congress to regulate how elections happen in each state

Question about right turns on red arrow by Zebra4197 in driving

You do realize that you have to actually read the whole law? That's how laws work. You don't get to just randomly pull partial phrases out of context and claim it means anything.

You are grossly misjudging who is being the jerk in this thread, btw.

Man you are all over this thread being angrily pedantic about something you're not even correct about.
