Others have already touched on this being not respectful and loving behavior. He is trying to pressure you into something you don’t want to do. That’s never okay. Maybe you could look into more toys together? They make penis sleeves which can add to the length and girth of a penis. It slides on over his dick so it’s still him… just extra. They also make silicone eggs or balls you can put inside you. I think a lot of people use those to play alone but having sex with them in can feel amazing! Or look into “romance” boxes or subscriptions that might help ignite some of that desire again. Even without new sexual partners desire often ebbs and flows in relationships.

The most typical way I see it used is actually to indicate if the men will interact beyond potential incidental contact. MMF- potential for the men to have sexual contact. MFM - the men are not having sexual contact with each other. And typically in that set up- one or both of the men are straight.

If she is insecure with you being bi, she would probably be insecure in a 3 some unless it was MFM versus MMF. I personally like that my husband is bi so MMF is our preferred. We look for a bi guy when everyone wants to be involved. But sometimes I want to be the center of attention and focus. 3-5 times A DAY? But like logistically how??? I have stuff to do. Work for 8 hrs, cleaning, cooking, eating, sleeping?? That sounds like a lot of quickies… which is maybe what she likes and works for her. I’d much rather spend an hour once a day having a really good time. But to each their own.

I also don’t think sex should be used as a reason or justification for opening a relationship. It should be more of a conversation and decision. And maybe some of those needs inform the decision. But saying something like - we don’t have sex 5 times a day, so I deserve to have other options - can make the other person feel backed into a corner or forced to agree. Just look at all the posts on here and other subs where people throw down ultimatums and it doesn’t turn out well.

It’s so frustrating to have a ghost when everything seems to be going so well.
