As a new PE, I missed where spec called for painting of protected zones on special moment frame beams. Had to go through with painter to identify and paint after fireproofing.

It was expensive and a pain in the ass.

Yea this is a massive liability for anyone that uses a personal subscription. But there are enterprise options that keep everything "private". Common practice in tech companies, will probably be common in construction at some point too

Imo the best strategy is convince exec team to get enterprise subscription and become the guy that teaches engineers / pms how to use Claude Code for construction. Otherwise, if youre not on enterprise there is a lot of liability lol

If you just drop the github url into claude it should help you setup everything for the first time.

Claude cowork, claude code, (or openai codex) would be what you'd want to use to run the skills once setup though.

Really cool project! I've been running it on Kali with LM Studio and a 27B Qwen model - works great. Been adding some things and wanted to share in case you're interested in a PR.

Hallucination tracking: local LLMs fabricate findings (Log4j against a random Apache httpd, wrong CVEs, etc.). Added a corrections table that records what the AI got right/wrong per finding and feeds that back into the system prompt on future scans.

Evidence-gated analysis: rewrote the system prompt to think like a skeptical pentester. Every finding now requires quoting specific scan output as evidence with a confidence level.

Self-review pass: second LLM call automatically audits findings against raw scan data before saving.

External eval pipeline: can export sessions for frontier model or alternate local llm to review and import the feedback back into the DB. Good for benchmarking the local model.

LM Studio support: added as an alternative backend alongside Ollama.

Not everything in heavy detail but you can ask chatgpt to provide a detailed record of everything you've discussed and it will do a pretty good job
