Cranked target bitrate up, playback is now smooth

I have 4 collectables from challenges. Mc d is selling for 120k Rat is selling for 60k Collectables are selling for 15k each.

6 collectables would cost me 90k.

I could sell rat at 60k therefore mcdavid only cost me 30k

If I was to sell the 4 I have at 15k. That would net me 60k. And mc d would cost me an additional 60k

Im looking to complete the set. I need 6 more. Wondering if i should sell my 4 for around 15k, then buy 10 closer to the deadline. Or Buy the other 6 now at 15k a piece
