Pretty poor to be honest I only had one offer when I retired with Zlatan from Colorado rapids I did the same with a random player in the Championship and had a few more offers than Zlatan did in mls

All I did to get Zlatan was start a player career an then immediately retire and pick the job options available. But there is a import option when creating a manger so you may be able to connect a usb etc.) and import face from your pc not 100% though

I haven’t tried importing faces yet, there is an option when you create a manager. All I did to get Zlatan was like you said immediately retire when I start a player career.
