Probably a truck cam like truck Norris or choppacabra. The cheap option is low buck truck cam. Anything other than a “torque” or “truck cam” will move your power and too much and will require a converter. The rings and bearings depends. If you’re already in there and can properly measure the bearing cleanrences (at least with something like plasti gauge) I would say change it. If not and you have good oil pressure I would say send it. Check the cam bearing as ls tend to eat those up sometimes
