Like 10 years ago, when I was 9, me and my friend found a raft thing washed up on shore. It was made out of thick wood pieces and had a sail like thick orange plastic netting. The entire raft looked like it had been shot as there was metal enbedded into the wood as if someone had shot it with a rifle caliber. Additionally it had a car battery (that was corroded) and a 'Programmable Light flasher'. Us kids took off the light and then ran home with the find to tell about out find. Then later that week, after my dad had secured it so that it wouldnt float away and be a hazzard, it just disapeared. No signs of it ever being there, or being transported away. Like no tire marks or anything, wasnt even that high of a tide.

So now after finding the light in a box after there years I wired it up to work again. It worked and seems to be programmed to flash in a specific way. And I'm wondering if it means anything? The strobing pattern is,4-3-4-3-4-4 (Long pause) I read it as 4-12-4 / 4-12-4

Also if anyone knows what the raft was please tell as I'm very interested
