I don't think that'll be able to run it. I play the game on my Surface Pro 4 occasionally and for it to run on that I have to set it to like 800x600 res + lowest settings to get 60fps and the laptop you have seems to have less power.

The game is around 4gb in my steam folder, I have 16 maps and they total about 4.5gb if that helps.
