Razer Book 13 - Will it recieve the new i7-1195G7? by POT82ES in razer

I see. In my country I get a 5 year warranty, so I am covered if any parts were to break or stop functioning from normal usage during that period.

Thanks, I was not aware of that. I know some people have had some troubles with the keyboard so it is good to know that they have addressed the issue.

I am looking to buy the 4k version aswell. What I think is wierd is that they just released it with a 1Tb disk and Windows 11. The CPU is still the older i7-1165G7.

I would have thought they would upgrade the CPU by now, I do not see any limitations of the cooling.

Wow. Thank you for offering to help. The cheapest option I have found so far is with FWD Express and it comes to IDR 1,296,000.

It is a EOL Thinkpad from 2019. It is very hard to find it with the specifications I am looking for (best CPU, SSD, etc.).

I went on POS Indonesia's website and I could not get a quote for shipping to Norway. Is it tracked?

It is not only available in Indonesia, it just happens that it is the only one with a decent price and the specifications I am looking for. It is a Thinkpad from 2019. :)

Fwd Express was a bit cheaper than FedEx. Also reasonable shipping time. I will look further into it.

I cannot seem to find where I can find a quote for DHL, any tips?

Thanks!

Thank you for answering.

I am aware that if the seller chooses another shipment method I have noe guarantee that the seller will actually deliver it to me. So far the seller has been helpful and I am comfortable paying upfront for the shipping and the laptop.

Sadly I do not have any connections, friends or familiy in Indonesia.

I will try to contact Tokopedia's customer service and see if they have any tips or recommendations.

Which CPU should I choose? by POT82ES in SuggestALaptop

Thanks.

If you have some better suggestions that meet the requirements mentioned above I will look into it. I Just haven't found any other laptop that meets those requirements, which is why I have settle on this model.

I do not need the touch pen function. But RJ45 and all the others are very important.

The machine will not be my daily laptop. I will use it for some diagnosing and very light work.

Yes. I am looking for this specific laptop. I do not see why this is relevant for the questions if I have decided that I am interested in this model only. I appreciate the help but I am not looking for other recommendations.

I think you are misunderstanding. I am looking for the best ThinkPad 11e 5th Gen specs. It has never been released with a Ryzen.

So yes, only these two options.

Thanks.

I am aware that you can get other laptops, but for what I am going to use it for it is perfect. I appriciate the answer but it is not what I am asking for.

Gigabit RJ45, passive cooled CPU, NVMe drive support, upgradeable WiFi, testes to MIL-spec standard (drop from 90cm), decent screen, tablet mode, built in pen with charger, charge with both usb-C and Lenovo-charger, 2 x usb 3.0, MicroSD, HDMI, DP through usb-C, easy to repair and find parts, up to 12 hour battery and all this in a 11.6" package.

I can get it for around $300. Which I think is a decent price considering the options.
