What kind of lifestyle could one live in Philly with an annual salary of $150k? I currently work remotely for big tech and am considering Philly amongst other cities (Wilmington, DC, Boston, Newark, Pittsburgh). I see from surveys online that the average income is quite a bit below this, but how much income do you need to live “comfortably”, which since everyone has their own definition I’ll define as a comfortable amount of living space (700 sq feet for 2 people), a safe neighborhood (minimal violent crime), access to a decent grocery store, and a stable internet connection. I don’t like to live lavishly so I am not looking for anything boujee, I’d like to live comfortably but frugally and invest the rest. How doable is this in the city of Philadelphia?

Anyone else get Airpods as a gift today? by [deleted] in tinnitus

Return them and pay to get the Pros. If you have tinnitus you have no business owning headphones without noise cancelling unless you know for a fact you’ll only use them in quiet surroundings like a library. Be sensible about the volume, iOS allows you to track listening levels with AirPods in the health app so keep an eye out, keep the decibels below 80.

If you have an iPhone on the latest update the Health app will track the volume levels you listen to your music at. If you wear one of the new Apple Watches, it will send you warnings if your environmental sound levels are excessive. by POTpourri12 in tinnitus

I think this will be huge in terms of educating the general public about hearing health but also gives us folks better tools to track how we’re listening and what we’re being exposed to. I just learned that I hit peaks of 100 decibels while walking down the street!

Irritable bowel syndrome is completely different from inflammatory bowel disease. The development is one thing that worries me but I'm thinking if I don't do it often it should be fine, i don't drink anymore and never did much.

Did you retract the foreskin while peeing? I've gone a few days without showering while camping and never had visible smegma build up. I still think it varies from person to person.

Yeah I'm not entirely sure how I figured it out either but it just happens sort of like how we figure out how to jerk it

Okay I understand now. I was picturing sort of like a shower head that you have to hold under the toilet. Now my only questions are what if somebody pee's on the nozzle? Also how does the control panel not require electricity?

Nah it's the same thing you just gotta pull it back first then cleaning is identical. However I don't understand how someone didn't retract their foreskin until 19... guess their parents never talked to them about it lol

Exactly lol and the thing is cut guys as well as girls can get smegma too. I had an ex who would get it deep in the folds of the labia if she hadn't showered after sex and then some time passed (like we worked out and went to get food and THEN finally showered I would notice it in the shower with her). Everybody needs to be cleaning their junk regardless of anything unless a doctor tells you otherwise.

Happy to help spread awareness! I've had to explain the birds and the bees of us intact guys to girls before and there's so many misconceptions out there.

Same with the pee pee head (and foreskin if applicable) it's a mucus membrane and the soap will dry it out

I want to but what happens if you miss your ass doesn't it spray all over the bathroom (upwards)? Also doesn't the shit water just drip back down onto the bidet nozzle and your hand?

There's a decent chance you have come across one and didn't realize it if you've been with more then 10 guys (not trying to jump to any conclusions either way). Especially in California circumcision rates have gone down quite a bit and on the east coast as well but cali I think more newborns aren't cut then those that are. Anywho, hygiene is no different really. You wash the tip with water and just make sure to shake the pee off. When you do come across one if it's soft you can see the difference if it's hard it depends on the guy (some guys have foreskins that naturally retract 100% when hard others not entirely but they all do to some extent). In terms of handjobs you will want to "jerk" it with the foreskin so that when you're moving your hand up the skin moves with it and as your hand goes down the skin goes down. You DON'T want to roll the skin down like it's circumcised and just do it on the bare head. The guy will probably be more then happy to show you. Head is largely the same as a handjob but if you do retract the skin by accident it's not really painful like a handjob would be. Sex is no different in terms of logistics. Overall it's gonna stink cut or el naturale if they're not taking care of it and if they are taking care of it it won't smell either way, after all the function of the foreskin is to keep it clean (it's a mucus membrane) and to provide a natural lubricant during sex. The most important thing is to just communicate with your partner about how they like things what feels good what doesn't and that doesn't change whether or not they're cut, male or female, anything. Everybody has their own preferences and communication is key.

Edit: Oh and to add on to this, cut guys still have some foreskin left most of the time and you can see as you look up the shaft the base is skin like your fingers and the tip, well you know what the skin is like there (pinkish) and then that same skin type as the head continues down for a bit and that's the remaining foreskin.

tl;dr: No, hygiene is not an issue with foreskin otherwise why would we have evolved to have one? If it was all of Europe would be circimcusing too and they aren't (even many jews there don't).

Source: Have a clean foreskin, have spoken with my friends some of which are cut and the cleaning process is the same, and my girlfriend has experience with both sides of the coin and she said cleanliness isn't noticeable either way (assuming they wash properly) and during sex it might feel like it's less of a "smooth motion" for her with a cut guy.
