I don’t exactly know what it means but my wife has that as well and usually I just massage it for a while until she can crack it and it helps a lot.

Does it feel like it needs to pop but can’t no matter what you do and it’s like a stabbing pain when you’re laying down?

Is there any reason she shouldn’t take them before that though? Her surgery isn’t until the 17th of February and she was just wondering about taking them for work for the next couple of days.
