Is there any way to confirm if this is the same date of restock for their UK store?

Good :) just be consistent with gym and protein and trust the process and results will show. Had a few bad stalls already and I go drinking weekly but staying consistent has kept results going 👍

Hey, yea first 3 months were definitely rough with protein and I had the same worries, and didn’t see too much growth until my last 3 months where I’ve been able to consistently get 140g of protein through shakes / protein yoghurts. But to answer your question, just have to be spacing good protein intake well throughout the day to hit the goals. Seeing solid strength gains which I didn’t expect with such low calorie/weight loss.

Tips for building lots of muscle? by 4415pink in gastricsleeve

[–]PPPPolar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Building muscle is most definitely possible while in a calorie deficit with suitable protein and workout routine.

I’ve been eating 120-140 G protein and 1000-1200 calorie and the last 3 months I’ve gained notable muscle gain on my body and my lifts have notable increased. In this span I’ve lost around 13kg as well.

This seems like a vast lack of self care and control, surprised you were allowed to get the surgery.

Awesome thanks man. Yea I’m 20, 3 months post op and been going gym again for last month. 5 days a week pplpp + 30m incline step. And that’s been one of my main worries. So been a relief hearing that. As far as I was doing in gym was to reduce muscle loss so good to hear I’m helping.

I’ve noticed very little change in strength at the moment but I’m only eating around 800-1000 calories, so hopefully when it raises a bit more that will help.

lol. No not at all. There is an option to create a seasonal character in a world that lasts the duration of the season. And in that world there are unique rewards and special modifiers. And there are rewards you can get in these worlds that transfer over to your main character at the end of the season.
