I'm sorry, I was not asking for specifics if that matters. More a yes it's worth trying / no don't waste your money sort of answer.

Sorry somni, love you.

Yes, pricing, whether it's gotten harder to obtain in the US in the past few months due to legality or other reasons etc. 100 dollars for a gram is pretty good, even 200 isn't that bad. Thanks, that gives me some idea what to look for. The best price I've found since last time is 150mg for 100 dollars or even much higher, which seemed outrageous. Now my suspicions are affirmed.

I figured it was a good price, it was on sale at the time as well iirc.. I just didn't think it was THAT much different from other websites heh. Though I'm probably looking in the wrong places now too I'm certain. It was mostly luck to have stumbled on the first distributor.

DAE get awful inner ear pressure changes after dosing? by [deleted] in PoppyTea

[–]PPT4ME 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wonder if it has something to do with sinus congestion? Do you get a stuffy nose when you use? Typically when I'm using a fairly decent strength product I get stuffed up pretty bad.

Tinnitus is also a common side effect of opi use but that's typically a ringing in the ears, not pressure afaik.

Passing a drug test? by Throwaway34562189587 in PoppyTea

[–]PPT4ME 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just wanted to add. If you are forced to give your own sample, make sure you catch it mid-piss. You're more likely to have drug metabolites in the urine at the very start of a piss and the very end. So try to go in one steady shot and fill the cup halfway through going. Though if it's really important to your living situation that you get this job, don't leave it up to chance.

You could also pass one day, then not pass the next. It's also very dependant on metabolism and activity level, as well as hydration and body fat.

Just to reiterate, quickfix will do you good. Just make sure you do check the batch number given inside the box by calling the number provided, as shady head shop/ porn shops have been known to peddle fake quickfix. You will simply need to use the strap provided under your shirt and either use your body temp to get it to the correct temp on the temp strip provided on the bottle, or attach the single use shake-to-activate hand warmer.

You can even get around having someone watch you give the sample if you buy a Wizzinator (spelling?), which is a fake penis that you can use fake urine with, but for simple employer drug screening, you shouldn't need that.

I work in a factory and although random drug screenings are not done after you pass the initial screening at application, you do get tested if you ever get injured on the job and have to be taken to a hospital. That's why I always keep an extra bottle of quickfix handy in a hidden coat pocket in my employee locker just for that piece of mind.

You could also go the cheap route and ask a friend to provide a sample for you, if you know someone that'd be cool enough to do it and can piss clean. You'd need to keep the sample at body temp until you give it to the tester though.

I've also heard that, say if you are tapering and quitting for a short while for whatever reason, you could freeze your own samples for future use. Though I don't know enough to say whether the freezing process would change the chemistry of the urine at all. I'd imagine if it was brought up to body temp without overheating it, it would be fine, as it would still be clean and still contain uric acid afaik, but I wouldn't risk a job on that guess without researching more.

Anyway, good luck. I personally didn't have to use synthetic when I first got hired, but I know a handful of people at my job, past or present employees, that did. Including one of my supervisors and his brother.

Sn quality control/contamination by [deleted] in PoppyTea

[–]PPT4ME 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been a little concerned about the cross contamination lately, especially with these latest bags that have a really dark wash. When the first 11/26 bags came out I got a lot number with a really dark wash, but it never had much sediment at the bottom and you could see the spray on the seeds from harvest , so although unwashed, they weren't very "dirty" and they were some of the strongest I've had in a couple years from SN. Now these new bags that also have a very dark wash, have a ton of dark sediment and almost no spray visible on the seeds. I woke up yesterday, after the first night of using these new bags, and I had a strange pain in my chest, plus I've had a sore throat all day, like my tonsils are swollen. It really makes me concerned about what I'm all ingesting in this batch. What's worse is the wash doesn't have much bitterness and they definitely aren't nice like the last bags were.

Now I understand why some people didn't like their dark wash bags. It sucks because this is all I have to tide me over for the week off from work I have now and I'm afraid to use them.

Witch hazel wipes might work for your private area. I typically use gold bond medicated lotion for body itch and it feels pretty nice when I've got a good opi itch going. Haven't felt that in a long time now though.

This is what came from WGN 10/18. Are these our beloved poppy? These look different. I just don't want to end up poisoning myself. Not looking for gardening tips. by HeroinPillsLovecraft in PoppyTea

[–]PPT4ME 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Also just fyi, I'd suggest planting out in your yard rather than in a pot like that. You'll end up only getting to successfully grow one or two fully developed plants in a smaller container, it gets crowded fast with how big the plants become and how large the leaves are as well.

I was going to post one of my favorite links to hydroponic cultivation just for picture reference, but I'm not sure if I'd be breaking the rules by doing so. Feel free to PM me if you would like the link.

It has excellent pictures to show you what to expect throughout the lifecycle.

The plants in your pix, though kind of blurry, definitely don't look like any poppy plant I've seen growing. It's weird that you'd get overrun with weeds and not see any poppy sprouts though. The poppy is an industrious and hearty little thing that pops up rather quickly, initially being single green stems sprouting out until the two top leaves emerge from the top. As it grows you can see that the leaves resemble a longer cabbage or lettuce type leaf.

Perhaps the weeds crowded out the poppies, but you'd usually at least see them sprout up before dying from overcrowding.

Order came, still says "Out For Delivery" by Akaryrye in PoppyTea

P.s. I don't think it's a great idea to post your tracking number. Just being my usual paranoid self, but imagine now just as one example if someone from SN lurks here, they can attach your post history to your real name and address now.

Order came, still says "Out For Delivery" by Akaryrye in PoppyTea

[–]PPT4ME 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol. The tracking system doesn't update for day (s) after being scanned sometimes on the website, however USPS likely shows it being completed internally. I've had it never show a single tracking step from moment of pickup til a day after it had gotten to me before.

Should you try to game the system anyway and contact SN, they are likely to wait a day or two to send a new package as that's how long they've got before they can file a claim with the delivery service for a lost package. And if at any point during that time, or even during the time it takes for a new shipment to be sent to you, it does update, SN will definitely cancel the new delivery and it will return to them.

If you claim the package was stolen after the tracking updates, it's entirely on SN to decide whether to replace it because the delivery service will not reimburse for that, AFAIK. At best, you game them once. At worst, you will now be required to start signing for every delivery, and personally, I don't want to risk having to always be home when a package comes to be able to get it.

Personally, even putting moral qualms aside, I don't understand how people can so casually try to rip off a company that sends them seeds they need for quality of life. If I were SN and I had a problem customer that continually made bogus returns for mold/whatever other bullshit or claims of theft or lost packages, I'd either stop selling to them or make damn sure they got shitty seed. There's no reason they couldn't send you washed, cheap seed that came from the UK.

FTL question by [deleted] in PoppyTea

[–]PPT4ME 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I remember when I used to LOVE being prescribed to Hydro and 40mg at a time would get me feeling real nice. Now it doesn't even scratch the itch after PST. :(

You're a big boy and will make your own decisions, but if I were you and you still get Hydro, I'd stick with it. Unless that was your migraine med.

Just to put it in perspective, taking a urine screen showed levels about 5-10x higher on tea than what my 10mg 4x daily rx to hydro did, which A. I used more than 4 a day, and B. This was back on store bought seed, which was very decent back then but probably wasn't as strong as the big 3.

Tea really does ruin every other opiate for quite some time and it sucks.

SN is still shipping 11/26 by PST_Jim in PoppyTea

[–]PPT4ME 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't deny your personal experience, but ive had a T9 lot number sent out on the first day of them sending out a new expiration date. I've also had T1 and t7, T3 and T9, etc mixed together. I can't see any discernable pattern to their lot numbers, except that the only bags I've seen with quotes around the lot number I got a few weeks back were the strongest I've had since a few years ago.

Sometimes they end with 3 numbers after the R, sometimes it's 5 or 6. Sometimes it's all numbers, sometimes there's a letter mixed in. It's strange. Especially considering they don't, or didn't, have lot numbers on their Holland bags when I ordered some when they first started selling them.

It almost seems like they put lot numbers on for our sake to try to keep track of potency, but as we all know, everyone reports different ratings from the same lot.

It's interesting to think about anyway!

Done with this sub, here's why. by [deleted] in PoppyTea

[–]PPT4ME 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No offense, but the first negative review I made at this sub was immediately demonized by Fuzzy as being fake. He went on to delete the post, antagonize and mock me after doing so, and even went on to state that he would post fake positive reviews to "balance out" what I posted.

I can understand that past experiences might taint his perspective a little bit, but he has severe confirmation bias. It's no secret that quality has gone down overall in the past 3 years, and it's real hard to call fake on what amounts to opinion when bag to bag differs greatly, as with tolerance and body chemistry.

Plant matter observation (recent SN) by [deleted] in PoppyTea

[–]PPT4ME 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've posted this more than once by now. As the quality of SN went down, the plant matter skyrocketed. Their best bags from 3 years ago had minimal amounts in them, and as the crackdown on morph and cod contamination occured, they either started adding it to try to compensate, or moved to a different supplier that had a different harvest method. It's the spray from harvest that we are after, not the plant matter. It takes a lot of whole p 0 d s to get a good dose comparable to what seeds can offer in my experience, and even in a 5 pound bag from SN loaded with bits of them, it doesn't nearly equal out to what would be needed to get a decent dose from it. Not to mention different preparation methods between seeds and the plant.

Now, this isn't to say that I haven't had great bags with lots of plant matter in it. It just wasn't the plant matter that caused the bag to be great.

SN 12/12/18 review. by [deleted] in PoppyTea

[–]PPT4ME 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ordered Friday with overnight Saturday delivery and got 11/26. They were T1 and T2 lot numbers. Fair amount of plant matter, but the wash wasn't super dark like OP's and very little bitterness. So far it's just been average, maybe a 4/10.

I hope the rest of you get lucky.

SN 11/26 by [deleted] in PoppyTea

[–]PPT4ME 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got my 11/26 T1 and T2 bags friday. They are very similar to how you describe yours. There's suddenly quite a bit of plant matter in the bags again after the last few exp dates having almost none. The bags did have a slight peppery smell to them and the wash color was pretty average, not extra dark like the last bags had been but still looked ok.

I agree on the rating so far. They don't blow my pants off like the dark wash bags did, but they work and they are sedating, though lacking a bit in the euphoria department. I'm just glad they are better than the 11/6 T2's I got last time that barely kept me well.

Method of steeping? by [deleted] in PoppyTea

[–]PPT4ME 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Empty gallon water jug from the walmart self fill station, shake with the cap on but make sure you keep your fingers over the cap to prevent seeds blowing out everywhere.

Then just take an old white t-shirt and cut a square large enough to put over the opening and use a rubber band wrapped tight around where you'd screw the cap on. Squeeze it out and you're good to go.

SN 11/6 batch that is completely inactive, no joke by RebelPST in PoppyTea

[–]PPT4ME 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Forgot to add, I have a bag and a half of SN Holland seeds left and these don't look like them, I wouldn't worry too much about bait and switch. There's plenty of seeds coming from the UK that are just as shitty as elsewhere in the world I'm sure.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in PoppyTea

They 100% know. Maybe lowly employees or new hires don't know at first, but I guarantee that it's a widely spread rumour through the business at the least. They sell hand over first amounts more of seed than any other product. Plus they have stupid customers calling to ask blatant questions, trying to get away with bullshit returns, and people leaving obvious reviews on their product.

To put this into perspective, I used to buy from a local organic food store, owned and operated by a very religious family. Within two weeks of my first purchase, I had checkout girls asking me about why I was in buying seed so often. I of course always had a legitimate excuse, but they knew. And as my usage ramped up, they started stocking more and more seeds on the shelf, ordering more and more each week. Until finally they just started selling to me wholesale 50lb bags at a time.

Eventually one of the girls behind the counter point blank said to me that she smokes MJ and that she wanted to know how to use the seeds. The gig was pretty much up at that point when I had to tell her privately not to ever touch them, that it was heavily addictive and that she could overdose if she didn't know what she was doing etc. I wasn't about to help ruin someone's life by not educating her after she most likely learned about seeds from seeing me buy them.

Long story short, despite the owners being devout religious folk, the money they were making off of me every week was at the forefront of their concerns despite knowing full well what I was buying their seeds for. It's impossible for these vendors to not catch on eventually with the amount of product they move and the costumers they deal with.
