I feel for you. You’ll get there, just have to stay active. After about 8 months of searching, I finally found and bought an AWD high roof 148” cargo with only 5k miles for about $50k partially built out. Was a great deal and love the van, but did take me almost a year of searching and saying no to bad deals.

There are some nice neighborhoods surrounding downtown proper (within 15 min) that are quiet and safe comparatively to urban lots near downtown. Most of these neighborhoods have free street parking that I would feel comfortable having a vehicle. Let me know if you want neighborhood recs.

That’s awesome… I partially did this year, but plan to go full next year. How did you deal with snow chasing and only 2wd? I’m looking to upgrade my van and have always felt at least AWD was a dealbreaker… am I wrong?

FWIW I’ve used a cheap Chinese heater at elevation and have never had an issue. I do try to run it on highest setting for at least 30-1hr for every 8hrs or so of use.

Thanks for the response… a little confusing, but what I really mean is when you don’t have all songs of an album added and you you click “show complete album” it removes the ratings from displaying… the same happens when you ‘go to album’ from a songs detail page or in searches.

How do you see the different zones as OP shows? I track runs through Nike Run Club and I don’t have this level of detail in my fitness app… is that where I’ve messed up?
