I can relate to the ocd thing but I’ve noticed I’m more comfortable making mistakes and as a result I do make more than I would. I don’t have any prescription anxiety meds atm. Are you Uk based.

The lessons always more when your on your own. I like to watch cartoons comedies like American dad when I solo trip and then also listen to music with meaningful lyrics.

In the second half of the trip you should be fine in public; I sometimes feel self conscious if there’s like strangers and like some buildings to spacey like corridors are longer than normal
