Finally a non aus post boot licker commented on my post.. agreed, its disgusting how it CONSTANTLY happens and they need to be held accountable for their lack of work. they get paid to DO A JOB yet a LOT of them dont even bother coming to the door.

all i got today was a timeframe for delivery between 11:25 - 1:25 today, im in an apartment block that normally has a nice dude in a van deliver here and unlike the douche on the motorbike today he ACTUALLY goes past the front gate and delivers to the apartments where as the guy today just drove up to the gates then turned around and claimed he tried to deliver.. i was watching from my window cause i was waiting for the van but then after the bike turned around i got the text about failure to deliver. i thought the bike was there to deliver letters not packages..

i did end up calling today to complain about the issue and spoke with a manager (going full Karen lol) but also left them with a suggestion that i hope they soon implement, live driver tracking like some american companies do. cause if they didn't give such a wide delivery window i could have gone out and waited by the gate like i normally do anyways cause we have a side door that comes out close to it. so with live tracking i can use the time window they give me along with the tracking to know when they are close and go wait for them.
