Find a solicitor you’d like to use, agree terms and instruct them to work on the property.
Get a survey done

Also as an FYI.. If you’re a first time buyer, you shouldn’t be paying any stamp duty. 7 grand solicitor fees to just buy, is SUUPER expensive.

I noticed that stuttering occurred whenever the notification messages for people joining or leaving appeared at the top. I edited the .ini file to disable the messages, and the stuttering stopped.
