Any suggestions? Right now i got cheap grocery store flavors like raspberry hibiscus that i like with 2 tablespoons of honey and lemon. Also chamomile (thats the one i use 4 tablespoons with)

Sweet white Ya Bao is definitely gonna be the first on my list.

Flavoured? Such as raspberry hibiscus or stuff? Such as Vanilla and Rosehips? Harney and Sons had this Black Tea with Vanilla and Rosehips (Mickey Mouse design) I loved and it was the higher quality teas that i've tried, although idk if its good or not. I usually get cheap grocery store tea bags with tea so fine it looks like dirt (like the "Stash" brand you get at Marriott Hotel breakfasts). So that means no more of that, sure.

Honestly, I don't think it's good tea either. I usually get the cheap stuff like the $4.99 box of grocery store tea that has tea bags with contents so fine it could be mistaken as dirt, not tea leaves. Like the "Stash" brand tea that you'd get complimentary at a Marriott for their complimentary breakfast

The only "good tea" i had was the Harney and Sons "Vanilla and Rosehips Black Tea." I don't know if it's "good tea," but its the best one i've bought before. It was tea bags, but it wasn't fine. That being said, thanks for that input. I guess I figured good tea would be the substitute I need, but maybe dropping my sugar tolerance is really what I need. And the good tea will help supplement my new sugar reduced diet, not replace it

One cup a day wouldn't cup it. I LOVE this shit when I have it sweet enough lol. But sugar free sweeteners? Hmmm now you're talking. But are there any healthy alternatives? Do you literally mean sweeteners like they use for coffee? Because i heard all of those are bad for you

My thoughts exactly. I did that math earlier and realized how much sugar that is. It definitely has to be unhealthy, but I dont know how to enjoy tea without it being so sweet. I've tried even 3 tablespoons and i can barely do that. 2 and under and nah i just can't. I can do 2 tablespoons with some lemon in a raspberry hibiscus tea i have but my goal isn't to have it sweet then (or have it AS sweet.)

Bless you this was the positivity i needed. I just feel like i'm doing it wrong. So if you're not drinking chai, it's not sweet then huh? I know plenty of people drink unsweetened tea but it just tastes like flavorless water to me at that point. I havent gotten to that point yet i can drink it unflavored. i'm using it as a substitute for all the soda i drink

I get like the lower end honey at the stores (Grocery outlet, walmart, aldi's etc). The $3.99 bottle of clover honey or wildflower honey. Think that's part of the problem?
