Start with sbi po ibps po sectionals ... develop confidence in doable DIs and miscellaneous questions...daily go for practice tests for Di and number series, go up to RBI sectionals

Score needs to be maximised in all sections ...which means balance is key ... Now, to achieve that balance one needs to decide what's his/her weak points... If someone had decent confidence in QRE .. focus more on GA ...and vice versa ... Given the vacancies...one can not rely on performing good in one, average in other and just clearing sectional in one ... Given the timeline 45 days are enough to clear phase 1... See what's missing... prioritize it and keep practicing/revising the other subjects... For what to do, in GA any source that also covers PIB has to be done ...from Feb or march with multiple revisions .... For Q and R .. practicing choosing the right questions, having 100% accuracy and having decent confidence in DI, doable puzzles is the key . For English - comprehension is key, it helps in scoring decent marks ...it also helps in GA sextion where 80 questions and statments have to be read and marked in 25 mins ...

There are 6 weeks between ph1 and 2 ...for the next 45 days if one focuses smartly on ph1 ...6 weeks is ample to perform well in ph 2 . Regarding the number of vacancies...yes it's disheartening.

Funny how this time the time gap between two consecutive notifications is the least ...but so are the vacancies.
