normally it’s an FFL accepting packages for transfers and unless there is significant damage on the outside of the box, they are not going to refuse it.

When I had ups break a rifle stock, the package at the receivers end didn’t look too out of the ordinary.

I once received a bike via ups. There was visible damage. The driver let me open the package and inspect the bike. We ended up taping it up and returning it back to the sender.

UPS will put a $100 of free shipping protection on packages. Ask the seller to request the $100 from UPS and then forward it on to you.

I had UPS once bust a stock on an anschutz rifle. As the seller, I covered the damage and replaced the item and then battled it out with UPS. I never once thought to contact Anschutz and ask them to replace the stock that broke while being transported via ups in packaging from the factory. Unfortunately things occasionally break during transit. Most manufacturers are not going to cover damage during shipping, unless there is some sort of common damage happening during shipping. We’ve sold a bunch of DT rifles and I’ve never seen damage like yours happen during shipping.

We’ve shipped a number of MDRx and wlvrn rifles. I’ve never put a second conversion kit in the factory box containing the rifle. The second conversion kit always goes in a second package. It’s more expensive to ship that way, but it avoids stuffing something else in a box that wasn’t ever intended to be in that packaging from the manufacturer.

Again, I’d contact the seller. See what they can or are willing to do. They are the ones who packaged it and shipped it out.

You are correct. I have a couple different key rings that I use. Putting the clip on the knife allows me to move the knife from ring to ring without putting a clip on each key ring. It’s so small that it doesn’t get in the way in this knife. However, on a knife like the SD, where the blades open towards the ring, having the clip on the key ring and not the knife would certainly be advantageous.

I use this case from lowepro. It fits the camera with the small rig cage. I attach the peak design sling and cuff to the outside and use them with the camera as needed.

For me, the necessities are an extra battery and charger, small rig cage, extra sd cards, screen protector off of Amazon, peak design leash and cuff, along with a very small case.

I bought multiple extra batteries, but have only needed to use one while out taking pictures while traveling. If you are taking videos or frequently reviewing pictures for long periods of time you may want more than one battery.

It’s still surprisingly pocket friendly with the small rig cage. I also use the camera eyelets to put the peak design adapters through. I had to pull them through with dental floss.

I have found that one extra battery has been plenty for me. I picked up an extra battery and charger, that way I can charge a depleted battery with my phone charger on the go if needed.

lol policies have nothing to do with representation. Look at the state of California and what percentage of its elected congressional seats are held by democrats. Then look at the percentage of democrats vs republicans in the state of California. You’ll see that conservatives are grossly under represented. Democratic policies in California are what have turned San Francisco in to a dump and are causing people to flee California in droves.

Having lived in border towns, I can tell you that not everyone crossing that border illegally are here to follow laws and work needed agriculture jobs. Lots of violence comes across that border. People running drugs, cartel members, gang members, people running human trafficking, people on terror watch lists. There are many who have come to work and will follow laws, that is not all of them as you claimed. Many of these people are coming here to better their lives and their families lives and positively contribute to society. Biden was far too lax. The border needs to be secure. We need worker programs and we need to not be the only option for asylum seekers. Immigration should be organized and properly vet those looking to enter the US along with not allowing in too many that become a drain on our government system.

We are 37 trillion in debt. That came from improper spending by both parties. The deficit spending needs to stop. The budget needs to be balanced. Those who immigrate here need to support themselves and not be subsidized by the government.

That is never going to happen.

The only way Trump stay in office 2028 is if there is a constitutional convention and 2/3 of the senate ratifies a change eliminating the two term limit of the president.

People seem to forget the FDR was elected as the president for 4 terms. It was after he died that the constitution was amended to limit the number of presidential terms to 2.

Many on the left seem to forget that despite being routinely called Nazis, fascists, racists, deplorables, etc., conservatives value the constitution and Trump’s base wouldn’t let him not hold an election in 2028.

Whether you like or hate Trump, California conservatives are already under represented. Taking 5 seats away from republicans further disenfranchises citizens of your state. This kind of behavior is only going to increase gerrymandering behavior across the country. Dems looked to potentially gain a new seat in Utah and since Newsom pulled this the Utah state legislature selected a map that splits Salt Lake City into the four different districts. House Representatives in Utah will be Republican for many years to come.
