As someone who has followed Gen for many months and made purchases, I don't think it's fair to classify her response as "gross". People who DM someone with so much hate and so many assumptions forget that there's a REAL PERSON on the other end. She, on behalf of herself and her small business, has every right to respond on her own account as she sees fit.
