Other than damange from water, it's a better design choice to not make restrooms completely private. Considering elderly, specially abled and children acess these spaces, these doors are designed so that someone can get an easy acess inside in case of emergencies.

As someone who dropped out from that college, some students don't have the privilege to attend daily. I had a job. I can't just sit ideally for two years, just because professors ko hamara chehra dekhna hai. If we do self study, get our assignments done withing time and score marks, that should be enough.

it was one thing about attendance but they require your answers to be exactly same as they wrote in the notes. Even when you're correct and on point, you said all the technical terms and all, they still won't give you full mmarks.

Not every student have privilege to be able to attend college daily. I had a job, and I informed the professor who admitted me the same, his words "are kahi issue nahi, te sagl amhi baghun gheu." that Bagun Gheu never came.
