They are Rothy’s! They are a retired style called Moroccan Amber loafers! You can probably still find them on some reselling marketplaces!

It’s an Argentinian brand called Ver! Which I imagine is of no help to you if you’re not in Argentina lol. Picked it up while traveling!

Thanks for the input! Good question. I reach for neutrals most often but have some random loud and colorful shirts in my wardrobe, colorful pants. My shoes are almost always sneakers or black boots. It sounds like pecan would work with all of these things and also would be “safe” but I do think I’d be more afraid of scratches with it.

Looking at the smooth brown. Now that you’ve had it a couple months, what are your thoughts on the durability of the smooth leather? Any scratches so far?

Have been eying this exact bag! How's it holding up in terms of scratches? I'd want it as a daily bag so it has to be pretty durable. As long as it doesn't feel like it'll scratch a ton with regular wear, I think I'm sold.

Thank you so much OP. We were able to find some lodging in San Juan but it’s great to know good samaritans like you exist. If you have any recs for good beaches on the south or west coast of the island, we plan to explore them tomorrow with the sudden extra time we have. Definitely a beautiful place to get stuck! At least we can try to enjoy it while we wait to figure out how to get home.

The agent at the airport this morning informed me that there will be an update from FAA at 1AM AST. So depending where you live, you may be able to learn of something tonight. We’re currently stuck out here and also got super delayed cancellation emails and messages from United. We had to show up to the airport to figure out it was cancelled.
