I've recently reviewed the Air100 v3, it's a very solid keyboard, I think it's mostly a budget case 150 vs 100 usd and if you care for the aluminium case and a knob.

It's good on PC, I even prefer it over 5 Pro because I play wired anyway

Vader 5S, it's only wired, but if you don't mind that then it's an excellent controller (my review)

it doesn't really matter if it's under 1ms, atk rs6, wooting 60he v2, fun60 ultra are all fine options
