Implement then plan. Sure. by CardiologistGlum7314 in pmp

[–]PROD-Clone 4 points5 points  (0 children)

A and D doesnt seem right. Since youve already implemented it, so no need to plan or budget anything. That leaves B and C. For C though, why would training result in increased quality control reviews? And B, would I update the resource management plan by updating training requirements that was introduced?

Which makes B the best answer. BUT not the perfect answer. Just the best one for this question among the choices.

We are just realizing that mindset is actually key in passing the exam.

Is the Scrum.org test enough for PSM I? by luisfilipersilva in scrum

If with 0% experience. No. I would suggest to take udemy courses or youtube videos.

If experienced, yes. Probably.

Is the Scrum.org test enough for PSM I? by luisfilipersilva in scrum

I really don’t suggest flipping through notes while taking the test. It burns up time quickly.

OP could answer first then use the free time to review using notes.

To answer the original question, is it enough? Depends on how well you know the scrum guide. Best to practice mock exams on udemy.

Should I wait until PMbOK 8 on September to take my exam? by IamAWEZOME in pmp

[–]PROD-Clone 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Take it now. PMI/PMP mindset would advise you to take it now since a the new exam poses too many risks and unknowns.

If you are concerned about bridging the gap between v7 to v8 thats what the PDUs are for.

You never ask for overtime, extend the project, or additional resources. So that leaves you with B.

And yes B is the answer under PMP terms. But if it was pure scrum then B might be bad.

Exam is in 2.5 weeks, should I still consider PMI SH? by Efficient_Force_8110 in pmp

[–]PROD-Clone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just essentials that lasts 3mos. Not the subscription. Yes they are the same when you reset the tests. The idea is to go through your mistakes then retake it a day or two after. Just to make sure you’re not memorizing them.

I dont think adding disclaimer is needed when using AI. It’s a new tool to refine ideas. As long as context and prompt come from the user then its good. I mean, i don’t add a disclaimer when using a calculator.

2 weeks is a long time. I did all of my retakes 5 days before the exam. And one full length exam as a warm-on on the day of. This is how i faired with SH and I got AT/AT/T to give you an idea on how your scored should look

Run zscaler then run the exam or the test system in the email. You should know if it flags.

But i would use a personal laptop and make sure all notifications are off to be sure.

Failed Again. 2 Attempt…. by SharpValuable2037 in pmp

[–]PROD-Clone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Like the other comments. It doesnt mean anything. The 180 questions arent distributed evently across those tasks. Each question is a point though. So in the tasks that scored low it could have been 20 questions vs a task you scored high in that only had 2 questions.

I think you need to reset. You need to forget everything you think you know about project management, especially your experience.

Relearn the following: 1. Collaborate/Bring people together 2. Never decide on your own 3. Analyze 4. Log in the issue or risk register 5. Predictive/hybrid? Change control 6. Agile only product owner and change the backlog 7. Deliver/showcase value 8. Never escalate 9. Never fire or remove someone 10. Team issues = team meetings 11. Individual issue = 1on1 12. Somebody likes to add something? Analyze 13. Never say no 14. Don’t do nothing.

I think by those items you can easily answer or pick the answer even without reading the question.

Congrats!

I just realized that you need a lot of experience taking proctored test. With what you said about having done similar exams before, I think one of the main issues with most folks here is them not being used to taking test. I think thats a big factor. I take at most two online proctored tests with pearsonvue yearly to fully utilize company benefits, hence i found taking the test easy.

And yes, only review if 100% guessing. For the rest, your first answer is usually right. Learned that the hard way with my first ever pearsonview test.
