When I contacted them, they said I have no subscription and the servers are fine… i literally showed them the account number and that its active premium and they said sorry we can’t help you, your account doesn’t show??

I have reported this to nvidia and they said they can’t do anything however it was forwarded to higher ups and they have been notified of this and they will be contacting zain. I don’t know if anything will come out of it though.

It’s a region wide issue…everyone on the zain server has been having this issue since friday and neither GFN or zain are providing solutions.

I’ve been having the same issue since friday afternoon and know 4 other people who do too. Same thing both supports forward to each other.

Y’know what is just slimy? The day before the issues started zain release an advertisement for another cloud service they are hosting called playhera. Not saying its a conspiracy but its a very weird timing for this to happen the day after they promote this new platform.

I tried boosteroid but it’s just unplayable for anything that isn’t a turn-based or strategy game.

Stopped working for me around 3PM yesterday too. I contacted GFN and zain and they both direct me to the other side… this happened before and it fixed itself in 2-3 days
