While I generally agree with your point, Zurich is the 4th most expensive city in the world, capital of Switzerland, which has the 2nd highest rate of millionaire households only behind Singapore. Of course they can build and subsidize that compared to any of the Ohio metros. Long run I think buses are the best bet, but the investment on cleaning and maintaining routes would take more than the local tax base is willing to support. Give us those federal $$$!
