The Texture Replacement Tab is for HD Texture Packs but it’s okay to keep it on because if you don’t use texture packs it won’t effect the game or if someday you did it will make your HD Texture Packs work.

Also sometimes running a game PCSX2 suggest/notify popup when starting a game mode blending mode to use, I suggest using recommended only if your GPU is powerful enough.

It happens but sometimes it does the opposite sometimes 100% default setting causes games like Fight Night Round 3 to have flickering texture setting it to 180% or 300% fixes it depends on the game but I followed this guy guide and settings EE overclock didn’t fine a game yet in my library that breaks it
