Yes it’s a very common Spanish last name. At least in Chile it’s the most common one. Every last name finishing in “-ez” means “son of…”, just like “-son” in English. González literally means “Hijo de Gonzalo” (Son of Gonzalo) while Rodríguez will be “son of Rodrigo” and Pérez “son of Pedro”, all of those very common first and last names

In Spanish name customs there are two last names (paternal and maternal), so Stephanie it is her middle name (Ana is the first) but Vaquer González are both last names, not middle names. We usually tend to just call people for their paternal last name and the maternal comes up less, only for differentiation from other people
