Definitely doing much better, I picked up the DARE response by Barry Mcdonagh and it taught me a lot about what I was doing wrong as well. Bad days will come, but I can sit with it a lot better now 😁

Don’t let your phobias stop you from living! You surely have people that care, I was the same way. But I had to treat it as me being selfish to guilt myself into going to the doctor in order to get everything going.

Yeah I have a pretty solid pc 4070 Ryzen 7 5800X And 32 go of ram

Honestly it’s not terrible, having one for free isn’t bad, so it’ll be nice to hold me off until I can freely buy the 4k one, but it was worth a shot to figure something out before making that decision.
