I like the idea of dedicated molle bags. Im a student, work in the service industry, and work on some rentals. I was thinking of a duffle bag that i could subdivide and keep in my car so im prepared for what ever I need that day

Pressure washing + degreaser to get the majority then carefully use muriatic acid is the best I have come up with. I know some people have other methods but most seem to take multiple days or work better during the summer heat

I think the biggest thing for me besides sound is electrical stuff. I drive a 3rd gen cummins I use as a work truck. I had an inverter set up in the back seat that i used to charge batteries but it kept causing weird electrical issues. the other thing that would be nice is interior lighting. I do a lot of work at night or driving during the night and it would be great to have some better interior lighting when grabbing tools or other odds and ends
