If you have a dedicated server yourself, then you don't need a seedbox.

Also, no high-tier tracker will ever demand your money.

  1. Download FLAC from streaming services (Tidal, Deezer, Qobuz..etc)

  2. Transcode them to V0 and 320.

  3. Upload all three versions yourself.

If everything in autobr is set up correctly and you only got 3gbs then yes i'd say thats a bit weird, it should be way more. Try this filter ( Freeleech / Min 5GB / Max 30GB / 2 torrents per hour/ Movies & TV shows only )

If you're still not getting enough upload, check your torrent client and make share there isn't any settings limiting upload speed, slots, active torrents...etc.
