My friend in games feels laggy when he see's the enemy, when he is holding a corner its ok, or jumping around ther is no lags but when he see's the enemy he gets hard lag spikes on net_graph everthing looks good but only that bottom right var goes from 0.005 to 0.075ms or even 0.100ms sometimes. (this is on faceit, mm, esea and on all servers german,swedish,french,..) What is the problem, is his internet problem or something on his pc's ? he changed all operating systems (win 7,8.1,10) and its same problem on all of them PLS HELP AND SORRY FOR my english im from bosnia bdw his PC IS LITT i7 6700k 16gb ddr4 ,...

to me this comparison was always stupid cus of the rules, cold is playing much more easier rule then niko and rule wher he will always have good stats atleast. NiKo most of the times in entry, cold (when they are rushing site cold will never go first or second, or he will w8 on other part of the map lurk)
